have no issue with the making of tags or signatures or the
embellishment of my Tubes provided certain rules are followed.
The can be NO monetary gain from the use of these images modified, tubed, or otherwise.
They may not be used for any webset or website that takes
donations or charges a fee, or sells a product or service.
My copyright information must be included on every tag/signature/tube or webset
No part of any of my images or tubes resulting from those images may be used to create myspace layouts.
No tubes, snags, tags, masks, blends, websets, papers or other such
images created with or including any piece of my artwork may be sold,
or exchanged for money or donations.
You may NOT redistributed these tubes asx is or on plain backgrounds. They MUST be included as part of a flat JPG image.

these terms are acceptable to you you may certainly use the
